Galway Art Centre’s 2018 Artist in Residence.

Located at Number 47 Dominick Street is a 3,000 sq ft gallery, showing national and international contemporary arts. The building was built in the 1840’s and was the residence of Augusta Gregory, founder and patron of the Abbey Theatre.

Jennifer will be Galway Art Centre’s 2018 Artist in Residence.
She plans on using the space to finalise her upcoming Galway International Arts Festival solo show
It will give her a chance to spread out and see her body of work together and to present it to visiting curators and to experiment with her projections for Una, a play which will be premiered at the Galway Theatre Festival as a work in Progress

She will also be mentored by Maeve Mulrennan. Maeve is a curator and writer based in Galway. She is the Head of Visual Art and Education in the Galway Arts Centre and lectures on the MA in Arts Policy and Practices at NUI Galway. She is also on the board of Directors of TULCA Festival of Visual Art
